Personality or character development is the purpose of education that our modern education system lacks. An educator has to teach how to think, how to learn, and how to solve problems. An educated person will easily handle any personal, social and financial matter but our current education system is narrowed to just certification while ignoring both skill development and student development. This program is our effort to update and uplift both the students and education which enables them to be more self-aware and self-sustaining. The purpose of our leadership development program is to develop responsible decisiveness, problem-solving, and leadership qualities and to share proven strategies and sutras for academic success.

These questions reflect the reality of our so-called modern education system. Something is wrong with the approach of our education system.
Courage is the father and curiosity is the mother of learning. Questions come from courage, communication, confidence, and curiosity. It’s unfortunate that the entire focus of schooling is on memorization, syllabus completion, employment, and profit-making. Studying has become a compulsion instead of a playful learning process. It is an employment-driven education system that lacks a student-oriented learning-driven model of education. That’s why we are not taught lessons of leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, personal development, life management, and relationship building. In the end, we are left with two ways, accept it or make a change.
I chose to make a change and initiated Leadership Development Program (LDP) which helps students to develop their leadership, confidence, problem-solving, and communication skills. Our LDP is focused on academic success, personal growth, and life management. I have covered deep, diverse, and essential aspects of student life and structured this program around the 4P’s of self-development, 9I’s of innovative thinking, and 10C’s of learning.
